Out into the world you go, little carnival!

After raising it from birth over at Small-leaved Shamrock (with a little help from A light that shines again and West in New England), I'm now sending the Carnival of Irish Heritage & Culture out on its own into the world. It has grown and is big enough to have its own place within the world wide web.
